Do you have more than one email login?
Having more than one email login means you have multiple accounts, which can result in accessibility issues.
1) Log into all other accounts with each different email and check My Clearings library for your missing clearing.
2) Email wecare@bonnieserratore.com with a list of all of your email address logins.
3) State which email you prefer to use as your login. We’ll merge all your content into one account with your preferred email within 72 hours.

Why aren't the recordings of my Chakra Clearings or Private Sessions in My Library?
Any chakra clearings before the 2024/2025 series are not available on your member site. An email with a link with which to download the recording was emailed to you within 48 hours of the live event, at which time the recordings should have been downloaded within 7 business days, as stated in the email containing the recording links.
Recordings for private sessions are still handled in this same manner: a link is emailed within 48 hours of the live session which should then be used to download the recording of the private session within 7 business days.
Why can't I download clearings?
This is a member-based website, offering access to both free and paid content. Most products are available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded or owned. Select digital recordings may be offered as downloads, and are clearly labeled as “Downloadable.” To more fully understand what is included with your access, refer to our [Terms & Conditions].

How to Download the 3 Free Meditations Files
I can see my Group Energy Clearing in my Library but it won't play.
There are numerous devices, browsers and programs within our community base, each with different settings that can affect video accessibility. We use a video format that is most compatible with as many of these as possible. However, if you’re unable to play your clearing, try the following troubleshooting tip: log out of your member site, clear your browser’s cache (a quick Google search can help you if you’re unsure how), then log back in. You may also try another browser to see if that allows for better access. Be sure to log out of your member site in one browser before switching. If the issue still hasn’t resolved, contact wecare@bonnieserratore.com with details.
I've missed the live clearing, when can I see the replay?
Recordings of live Group Energy Clearings and Chakra Clearings are made available within 72 hours of the live event by adding them to either your My Clearings library or your My Chakra Series library.
What happens during a Group Energy Clearing?
At the beginning of each Group Energy Clearing (GEC), Bonnie spends 10-15 minutes discussing the topic of the clearing. Afterword, she’ll guide you to sit back or lie down to relax as she and begins the clearing. She’ll remind you to call her presence beside you and to call in the presence of anyone you’d like to receive the clearing, as well. Because these are remote via Zoom, you will not be physically touched, nor will you have to do anything! After the clearing there is a 10-15 minute Q&A in which participants can ask Bonnie questions pertaining to the clearing’s topic. *This Q&A is not to be used for personal questions as we want everyone to benefit from Bonnie’s insights and wisdom.
Is there anything I need to do to prepare for a Group Energy Clearing?
Be sure you’re well-hydrated and not hungry or too full. You may experience body temperature fluctuations during a clearing so be sure to have a warm blanket near by in case you become chilly.
Will listening to the recording of a Group Energy Clearing have the same effect as being present during a live clearing?
Yes! Because Bonnie works energetically across all time and space, all you need do when listening to a recording is call her presence in beside you. Recordings of clearings are just as powerful as a live.
How do I know if a particular program is right for me?
We recommend Group Energy Clearings (GECs) as a starting point for anyone who is interested in The Serratore Method of shamanic energy healing. There are no prerequisites or experiences needed to get the benefits of Bonnie’s work. You’ll feel lasting and permanent benefits in all areas of your life.

What is an Energy Interference?
An energy interference is any sort of foreign energy that is inhibiting or blocking you in some way – physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, financially, etc. This energy can stem from many things such as aliens, demons or dark force energy, trauma, shock, vows, oaths, spells, charms, people (dead or living), past lives, etc.
Will I notice a difference after a clearing?
After receiving a clearing or other energy healing, many people report feeling lighter, their issue either feels further away or non-existent. Challenging thoughts have simply vanished. Some people experience physical pain diminishing and more vibrancy in many areas of their lives. Many notice more harmony, ease and abundance naturally occurring in their lives. It’s also possible to seemingly feel no shift; should this be your experience, know that change has occurred and you may realize subtle change in the following days or weeks.
